Account Activation Glitch Impacts Login

Update: We’ve been notified that customers are able to access Pirates of the Burning Sea using the Station Launcher.

We are working with SOE to remedy the “Your account has not been activated for this game.” error message that is prohibiting customers from playing Pirates of the Burning Sea.

We have been assured that the issue is being actively investigated and will keep you apprised of our progress.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
