We’ve released the latest version of the patch notes for Build 1.5.30.0, and you can read them by visiting this link.

While this build has yet to hit Testbed, we anticipate making it available later this evening.

Important Note: The differences between this build and the build on our live servers are great enough that we have disabled character copies to testbed. Character copies will be reactivated when the build versions have once again aligned.
